Golden Swan is a family-owned and operated memory care and assisted living facility group with two locations in Boca Raton, South Florida (West Boca Raton and East Boca Raton). With over 19 years of experience in elderly care management, the facilities provide specialized care for residents with memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Each facility serves 6 residents with 2 certified caregivers providing 24/7 care in a small, home-like community environment rather than a large institutional setting.
The facilities emphasize dignity, respect, care, compassion, and love as their core philosophy. They offer private rooms and bathrooms with elegant furnishings, and are secured with fire alarms, generators, and hurricane-resistant windows and doors.
